自制香草口味雪糕 DIY Vanilla Ice Cream

在炎炎的夏天,来口冰凉的雪糕怎么样?制做这款雪糕不是很难,不过整体来说整个成品还是不如外头买的细滑,我打个60分。站在吃得安心的角度来看,没有那些什么有的没的致癌物,防腐剂,我打个100分^^


材料: 蛋黄2颗,牛奶1+1/2杯,鲜奶油1+1/2杯,糖70g, 香草精少许

做法:
1. 蛋黄加糖用打蛋器搅拌至均匀
2。把牛奶放在小锅内小火加热至边边开始起泡泡。
3。把2。牛奶慢慢加进1。中间用打蛋器不停搅拌,以防形成蛋花汤。
4。把3。过滤后丢掉渣渣后再加入香草精,把全部东西放回去炉上小火加热至浓待用(不能大滚,加热至整体稍稠即可)
5。鲜奶油打至硬性发泡(可看到三角尖泡泡在打蛋器上形成即可)。
6。把4。加进5。拌匀待用。
7。找个浅,阔的容器加进6。以便等下刮开冰粒时使用。
8。把7。放在freezer里, 每隔1个小时用叉把结在容器边边的冰刮开。重复5至6次即可。

在做好的雪糕球上加上配料如水果,巧克力酱等,你肯定会大受小孩们的欢迎哦!
