洋葱猪扒 Onion pork chop

一般人想到洋葱猪扒,就会想到西式的煎猪扒淋上浓浓的洋葱汁。今天阿七来一道中式的洋葱猪扒,配饭吃可说是开胃又好吃!



材料:
猪扒  8片(约480g)
洋葱  2粒
油  少许

腌料:
酱油  1大匙
料酒  1大匙
盐  3/4茶匙
糖  1/2茶匙
玉蜀黍粉  1/2茶匙
胡椒粉  1/2茶匙
麻油  1/2茶匙

酱汁材料:
水  1/2小碗
糖  2茶匙
酱油  1茶匙
番茄酱  1茶匙

做法:
  1. 用刀背把猪扒拍软,放入腌料腌至少2小时。
  2. 用少许油把猪扒煎熟后取出。
  3. 洋葱切成瓣,用少许油爆香并炒至洋葱变软。
  4. 在小碗中把酱汁材料拌匀,倒入锅中。
  5. 放入煎好的猪扒翻炒至酱料收干为止。

    1. Hi Irene,

      Mirin is a type of Japanese sweet wine, you can see the photo by searching 'mirin' in google. You can always replace this ingredient with chinese cooking wine plus a bit of sugar. Happy cooking!! :)
