红酒鸡翅 Red wine chicken wing
家里有漏气的红酒没喝完吗?别担心,红酒常常被用在外国料理中,例如红酒鸡扒,红酒炖梨等等。今天阿七就利用被遗忘在家里冰厨的红酒做了这道红酒鸡翅。
材料:
鸡翅 6只
盐 1茶匙
酱油 5大匙
姜 4-5片
糖 3茶匙
红酒 1杯
油 少许
做法 :
鸡翅用1茶匙盐和3大匙酱油腌制过夜。
用少许油爆香姜片,然后放入鸡翅炒成半熟。
加入红酒,糖和2大匙酱油,中火焖至酱汁变得浓稠就可上桌。
红酒因为不同原产地和年份,所以味道也会有所不一样。我这次用的红酒就因为太酸,连带煮出来的鸡翅也带着葡萄酸味。建议可以使用偏甜的葡萄红酒,味道会更好!
