香茅鸡腿 Braised Chicken Drumstick with Ginger Flower
上次做东炎炒饭的时候买的香茅和柠檬叶只用了那么一点点,浪费食材一向不是我的作风,好好的东西放在冰箱里干掉烂掉我会好心疼呢! 花了点心思在网上找了找,发现只要加点别的材料就可以做出老吴很喜欢,很有本土风味的香茅鸡腿!
香茅酱材料:香茅1枝,小红葱4-5颗,干辣椒3-4根,柠檬叶约10片,食油2大匙。
其他材料:大鸡腿3个,洋葱1颗,清水1杯,盐适量,糖适量。
做法:
1。香茅切小块,和其他的香茅酱材料用搅拌器搅拌至幼滑后备用。
2。热油锅,把鸡腿加入(皮朝下)煎至表面金黄后捞起备用。
3。洋葱去皮后切丝备用。
4。把1加入2油锅内用小火慢炒至颜色转红,用锅铲把香茅酱推去一边,加入3炒至软。
5。倒入清水和2一起焖煮片刻,加入盐和糖调味。
6。继续焖煮至酱汁收干即可。
