蒜香烤排骨 Grilled pork rib with garlic
这一道蒜香烤排骨是参考网上的食谱而做的,烤的过程中肉香四溢,让人边等边流口水。这料理一点都不难,只要腌制的时间够长,烤出来的排骨自然香口,配饭或下酒都非常适合唷~
材料:
排骨 2支
蒜头 半粒
酱油 4茶匙
蚝油 2茶匙
糖 1/3茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
做法:
蒜头切片,和其他材料跟排骨拌匀,腌制过夜。
在烤之前,先把排骨上的蒜片去掉,以免烤焦会有苦味。
排骨放进烤箱中烤20分钟,取出翻另外一面,再烤7分钟。
