奶香金瓜西米露 Pumpkin sago
自从在斗湖的梁氏粥之家尝过他们的金瓜西米露之后,我就爱上这个香甜幼滑,又带有一点沙沙的口感的甜点。这一天刚好有点时间,又嘴馋想吃,所以就自己动手做起来了,没想到效果还真不错呢!
材料:
南瓜 200g
鲜奶 200ml
西米 25g
蜂蜜 1大匙
做法:
南瓜去皮后切成小块蒸熟,趁热压成南瓜泥备用。
把西米洗净,烧开一锅水,然后放入西米以大火煮。
等水沸后转小火慢慢煮成中间有小白点的时候熄火,盖上锅盖继续焖至白点消失。
让煮好的西米过筛,用冷水冲洗一下再放入碗中。
把南瓜泥、牛奶、蜂蜜和煮好的西米混合拌匀就可以了。
小贴士:
如果想要更顺滑的口感,可以用搅拌机把南瓜和牛奶搅拌成糊状,才混合蜂蜜和西米。
把做好的南瓜西米露放入冰箱,冷吃的滋味会更好噢!
