锡纸盐焗鸡 Baked salted chicken
今天我又找到了一个适合上班族在下班后可以快速处理的料理。这一个锡纸盐焗鸡的制作过程非常简单,只需要在前一晚把鸡肉腌制好,然后趁着煲饭的时间把包好锡纸的鸡肉放入烤箱里面煮就行了。这道菜不但方便,而且重点是不会把厨房弄得乌烟瘴气,太棒了!
材料:
大鸡腿 2只
枸杞 2茶匙
当归 1片
腌料:
盐 2茶匙
绍兴酒 2茶匙
做法:
大鸡腿洗净后用腌料腌制至少3小时。
枸杞和当归用2茶匙水浸泡10分钟。
烤箱预热到180度。
大鸡腿放在锡纸上,把做法2的药材连水倒入。
用两层锡纸把鸡腿包起来,放进预热好的烤箱烤40分钟。
