腊肠蒸鸡 Steamed chicken with chinese sausage
岁末将近,又是腊味飘香的时节了,不管是超市还是海味店都开始看到腊味的踪迹。我喜欢在家里的冰箱储备一些腊肠,等到不知道要煮什么的时候就可以派上用场了。喜欢用腊肠来炒饭,或是做成腊味饭,又或者和其他肉类一起煮,让腊肠独特的香气融入在饭菜里,既方便又好吃!
材料:
鸡胸 1/2只
腊肠 2条
青葱 少许(点缀用)
腌料:
盐 1茶匙
糖 1/3茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
酱油 1茶匙
绍兴酒 1茶匙
做法:
鸡胸肉切块,以腌料腌制至少一小时。
腊肠洗净切片,铺在鸡肉上面,以大火蒸15-20分钟至鸡肉熟透即可。
洒上青葱粒作点缀。
