青柠香杂果蒟蒻 Lime konnyaku with mixed fruits
蒟蒻 - 曾几何时这是个风靡大众的甜品,大街小巷不难看到专卖柜在卖不同口味的蒟蒻。不过今时今日已经很少人记得这甜品了。阿七见最近天气炎热,所以又想起了这款冰凉又咀嚼口感的蒟蒻,加一点青柠汁会更清新可口!不仅仅是小朋友,连大人也爱呢!
材料:
蒟蒻果冻粉 120g
水 600ml
青柠(酸柑) 2粒
罐头杂果 1罐
做法:
青柠榨汁备用。
把水煮沸,加入蒟蒻果冻粉、青柠汁和罐头杂果的糖水一起用小火煮,期间要不断搅拌至水变得清澈透明。
把液体装进模子至九分满。
每个果冻里放入1-2颗罐头水果,待液体变得稍凉后放入冰箱冷冻。
简单易做的甜品,最适合天气热的时候吃了!
