蛋炒意大利面 Stir fried spaghetti
有时候一个人在家肚子饿了,不想到外头用餐,家里的食材又有限的情况下,我就会做这个蛋炒意大利面。原理其实跟蛋炒饭差不多,是中式的炒意面,鸡蛋的香气让平平无奇的意面变成香喷喷的料理,很不错哦!
材料:
意大利面 1人份
鸡蛋 1粒
蒜头 3瓣(切成蒜米)
鸡精粉 3/4茶匙
油 少许
酱油 少许
胡椒粉 少许
做法:
烧热一锅水,放入意大利面煮至八成熟后捞起备用。
用少许油爆香蒜米,放入意大利面翻炒,加入鸡精粉调味。
炒好的意大利面推到锅的一边,把一粒鸡蛋打在另外一边,淋上一圈酱油和少许胡椒粉。
等鸡蛋呈半熟状态的时候,把意大利面覆盖在鸡蛋上面,然后继续翻炒让面条均匀沾上蛋液即可。
