肉骨茶 Bak kut teh
说起肉骨茶,应该没有多少个人是不喜欢吃的,就连外国的朋友也对这道地的美食赞不绝口。一家人上馆子吃一餐肉骨茶不便宜,所以有时候我也会在超市买肉骨茶包在家自己做,味道一点都不输外头的哦!
材料:
排骨 2支
花肉 1条
A1肉骨茶包 2包
金针菇 1把
蒜头 12-15瓣
酱油 3大匙
蚝油 3大匙
做法:
排骨和花肉洗净切块。
在锅子里放入肉骨茶包、排骨、花肉、蒜头,再加1.5公升的水,以酱油和蚝油调味。
把汤煮沸后转中火熬大约30分钟,加入金针菇煮熟就可以上桌了。
小贴士:
在外购买的 A1 肉骨茶包,一包里面就有两个药材包,足够煮4人份量。
可以随个人喜好加入其他材料,例如豆腐卜、青菜等等。
