香肠酥皮卷 Sausage roll
对于我这个厨房新丁来说,要为家里宴请朋友而准备食物是一项非常艰巨的任务,既要确保选择的菜单是零失败率的,又要规划如何在短时间内完成几道不同风格的料理,还必须让食物在朋友上门的当儿还能保持热乎乎的。。。上网爬文了很久,最后决定做这个香肠酥皮卷,很容易做而且很受小朋友的欢迎,家里要办派对的朋友可以试试看哟!
材料:
短香肠 12条
冷冻酥皮 2片(室温中解冻)
鸡蛋 1/2粒
做法:
烤箱预热到200度。
在香肠的表面浅浅地划开一条线。
把每片酥皮切成6片长条型。
取一条香肠,用酥皮裹起来,在封口处涂上蛋液粘紧。
在香肠卷的表面扫一层蛋液,放入烤箱烤20分钟。
小贴士:
如果想要卖相更吸引,可以在表面扫上蛋液后,撒上一点黑芝麻。
