香喷喷的老皮嫩肉 Braised Fried Beancurd
话说这道菜的名字还蛮妙的, 煎过的皱皱豆腐表面叫老皮, 滑嫩的内容就是嫩肉。。哈哈!
虽然名字里有肉, 不过这道菜可是一丁点肉也没有的, 把蚝油换成素的话, 吃素的朋友也可以吃哦! 调味方面甜甜咸咸的, 不管大人或小孩都会喜欢。
材料: 板豆腐1块, 青葱1小把, 红色指天辣椒2条
酱料: 蕃茄酱2匙, 酱油1匙, 蚝油1匙, 清水2匙, 胡椒粉少许
做法:
1。板豆腐切成相等的10块。
2。热油锅把1煎至4面金黄。
3。把青葱和红辣椒切碎备用。
4。把锅内的油份捞起, 剩约1匙左右。
5。把酱料捞匀倒入, 煮至酱汁收干, 撒上3即可。
