古早味配饭菜- 咸鱼蒸肉饼 Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish
手边有的一包咸鱼是从邦咯岛带回来的, 瘦瘦长长,只有咸鱼的香气可是神奇的很一点也不咸,深得我心。这次我把咸鱼先稍微煎过,把香味先带出来,再切碎和猪肉混合好才蒸熟,味道咸香扑鼻,配这个我可以吃上一大碗饭呢!
材料: 咸鱼2支,姜末1匙,猪肉碎200g, 酱油适量,粟粉1匙。
做法:
1。咸鱼煎香,捞起摊凉后切碎备用。
2。取一个大碗把1,姜末,肉碎,酱油和粟粉拌均匀。
3。把2倒在一个浅盘里,用汤匙压均匀。
4。把3放入蒸笼里大火蒸上15分钟即可。
