自制腊肉 DIY Preserved Pork
腊肉这样东西,我一向对它又爱又恨,喜欢吃可是又怕不卫生又怕不安全,所以到后来我都干脆完全不碰,一直到我在某个台湾购物台的脸书专页看到了这个好主意,利用风干机来做腊肉!不只盐分可以自己控制,自己做的也不怕什么奇怪的化学药物,真感恩有家用风干机这类型的玩意儿,让这些食物都可以轻松在家里做 :)
材料: 五花肉1条,花椒1茶匙,八角3-4个,盐1匙,米酒1匙,糖1匙,酱油1匙。
做法:
1。花椒,八角和盐一起放在搅拌器里搅至粉状。
2。把1抹在五花肉上,搓揉均匀。
3。把米酒,糖和酱油混合均匀后淋在2上。
4。把腌制好的五花肉放在冰箱里静置24小时。
5。把4的五花肉放在70C的风干机里风干24小时即可。
