西班牙香辣蒜虾 Gambas Al Ajillo
自从老吴在日本买了这个铁铸平底锅回来,我都没有好好地利用它,除了拿来煎蛋。这几天刚好没胃口吃饭,我就想到了这个香辣可口,用法棍来搭配一流的西班牙香辣蒜虾!顺便好好利用下我的铁铸平底锅,这样下次叫老吴给我买厨具时才不会投诉嘛,哈哈。
材料:大虾9-10只,辣椒粉3/4匙,蒜头1整颗,橄榄油3大,欧芹2-3棵,柠檬半棵,盐少许。
做法:
1。蒜头去皮后切片备用。
2。欧芹切碎备用。
3。柠檬榨汁备用。
4。大虾去壳,挑出泥肠备用。
5。准备一个铁铸锅,烧热橄榄油。
6。加入1和辣椒粉拌炒至香。
7。加入大部份的2,4和盐,待虾子熟透后熄火,加入3拌匀, 撒上剩下的欧芹即可。
