香蕉花生酱霜冻优格 Banana peanut butter frozen yogurt

近几年吹起一阵霜冻优格 frozen yogurt 风,专卖店到处可见。现在的人较以前注重健康,所以不难理解这个以健康的优格作为主要材料的 frozen yogurt 会得到大家的青睐。阿七最近迷上带微咸口味的冰品,salted caramel 和今天要介绍的 banana peanut butter 都是我的最爱。说起来要自制霜冻优格一点都不难,材料都可以在一般的超市找得到,而且步骤简单。爱吃冰品又怕胖的美眉不妨自己在家做,一旦掌握了窍门,还可以发挥创意加入其他食材做成自己爱吃的口味哦!




香蕉花生酱霜冻优格

准备时间:10分钟

材料:
熟透的香蕉(中型)  6根
原味优格 (NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt)  440g
低脂牛奶 (NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk)  100g
幼滑花生酱  140g
黄糖  60g
香草精  1 1/2茶匙
核桃  40g

做法:
  1. 香蕉切成小段,和优格、牛奶、花生酱、黄糖、香草精一起打成细滑的液体状。
  2. 把液体倒入容器,放入冰格冷冻1.5小时。
  3. 核桃切碎,和半凝固的优格搅拌均匀后放回冰格冷冻至少5小时即可享用。

Banana peanut butter frozen yogurt

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Ripe banana (medium size)  6
NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt  440g
NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk  100g
Creamy peanut butter  140g
Brown sugar 60g
Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp
Walnut  40g

Method:
  1. Cut bananas into small pieces, blend together with yogurt, milk, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla essence to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and store in freezer for 1.5 hours.
  3. Chop the walnuts and stir together with the half-frozen yogurt.
  4. Keep in freezer for at least 5 hours before serve.

优格柠檬派 Yogurt lemon pie

有什么午后甜点可以比得上一道酸酸甜甜的优格柠檬派来得合适?简单的几个步骤,可以让你吃到100分美味的甜点:)




派皮材料: Marie饼干12块,融化后的牛油100g,黄糖1匙
内馅材料: Nestle Natural Set Yogurt 360g,柠檬汁1小匙,柠檬皮碎半小匙, 鲜奶油200g, 蜂蜜2匙

准备时间: 20分钟
难度:♥♥♥♡♡
材料价钱: ~RM15

做法:
1。饼干压碎后与黄糖一起混合好,加入融化的牛油均匀地抹在模型里后放进冰箱里冷藏30分钟。
2。把1。放进预热好的烤箱180C烤6分钟至饼皮金黄后拿出来摊凉。
3。把内陷材料全部混合好,倒入摊凉后的饼皮内冷藏4个小时就可享用啦!

Ingredients: Marie crackers 12pcs, melted butter 100g, brown sugar 1 tbsp, Nestle Natural Set Yogurt 360g, lemon juice 1teaspoon, lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon, whipping cream 200g, honey 2tbsp

Steps:
1. Mashed the cracker into crumbs and mixed it with brown sugar and melted butter.
2. Spoon the crumbs into pie mold and distribute it evenly, chilled it for 30mins before baking.
3. After 30mins, baked it with 180C for 6 mins until it is nicely browned. Let it cool down till room temperature.
4. Combine the remaining into a big bowl and pour it into the pie mold, chilled it for 4 hours before serving.

燕麦葡萄干软曲奇 Oatmeal raisin soft cookies

大家可能会好奇,曲奇饼不都是脆脆的吗?怎么会是软的?其实这种曲奇饼在国外蛮盛行的,在 Subway 也可以吃得到。阿七喜欢它香香有嚼劲之余,还不必担心因为受潮而变软,因为它本来就是软的~~ 而且节庆的时候非常适合用来招呼朋友呢 ^_^


 


燕麦葡萄干软曲奇

准备时间:15分钟

材料(可做10个):
低筋面粉  65g
即食燕麦  60g
发粉  1/2茶匙
苏打粉  1/4茶匙
肉桂粉  1/2茶匙
盐  1/4茶匙
黄糖  70g
原味优格 (NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt)  30g
玉蜀黍油  1大匙
鸡蛋  1/2粒
香草精  1/2茶匙
葡萄干  40g

做法:
  1. 烤箱预热到180度。
  2. 在大碗中把面粉、燕麦、发粉、苏打粉、肉桂粉和盐混合备用。
  3. 用搅拌机把黄糖、优格、玉蜀黍油、鸡蛋和香草精以高速打匀,约3分钟。
  4. 把搅拌机速度调低,加入做法2拌匀后关机。
  5. 加入葡萄干轻轻搅拌均匀。
  6. 在烤盘上铺上垫纸,舀约2茶匙面糊放在垫纸上,稍微压平。每个曲奇饼面糊之间预留至少5cm的空间。
  7. 放入预热好的烤箱内烤12分钟或至表面呈金黄色。
  8. 取出烤好的曲奇饼放凉后储存在密封的罐子里。




Oatmeal raisin soft cookies

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Difficulty: 3/5

Ingredients (Yields 10 cookies):
All purpose flour  65g
Instant oat  60g
Baking powder  1/2tsp
Baking soda  1/4tsp
Cinnamon powder  1/2tsp
Salt  1/4tsp
Brown sugar  70g 
NESTLÉ natural set yogurt  30g
Corn oil 1tbsp
Egg 1/2
Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
Raisin 40g

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients - flour, instant oat, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix brown sugar, yogurt, corn oil, egg and vanilla essence using a blender with high speed to form a smooth mixture, for about 3 minutes.
  4. Turn to low speed, and slowly add in dry ingredients from Step 2. Stop blender once the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the raisins.
  6. Place baking sheet on oven tray, scoop 2 teaspoons of cookie mixture onto the baking sheet and slightly press to form the shape of a cookie. Leave at least 5cm space between each cookie mixture.
  7. Put into oven and bake for 12 minutes or until the color of cookies turn into golden brown.
  8. Remove cookies from oven and place them on a rack to cool down completely before storing them in air tight containers.

咖哩优格烤鸡翅 Yogurt Curry grilled chicken wings

蛋蛋阿七有幸应邀请参加了Nestle 的优格食谱比赛。优格与咖哩,除了味道搭以外还因为较通常用来烹煮咖哩的椰浆健康。

今天我们就来做做美味又juicy的咖哩烤鸡翅, 蛋蛋不想做成湿的版本,加上用烤的还会带出鸡翅微焦的好味道,希望大家喜欢!♥♥




材料: 鸡翅6块,咖哩粉两大匙,盐少许。
烧烤酱材料: Nestle Natural Set Yogurt 50g,  番茄酱50g, 蜂蜜8g

准备时间: 20分钟
难度: ♥♥♡♡♡
材料价钱: ~RM9

做法:
1。鸡翅用咖哩粉,盐抹匀放在冰箱里醃1夜。
2。用烤箱,200C把鸡翅烤个25分钟后拿出来稍微摊凉。
3。在等待鸡翅的同时把烧烤酱的材料全部混合均匀,然后厚厚地抹在每个鸡翅上。
4。把弄好的鸡翅再放进烤箱里继续烤个5分钟,翻个面抹酱后再烤个5分钟即可。
美味的烤鸡翅出炉咯!!

Ingredients: chicken wing 6pcs, curry powder 2 table spoon, a bit of salt.
Sauce ingredients: Nestle Natural Set Yogurt 50g, tomato sauce 50g, honey 8g

Preparation time: 20mins

Ingredients Price: ~RM9

Steps:
1. Coat the chicken wings with curry powder and salt.
2. Bring chicken wings back to fridge and marinate it for 1 night.
3. Heat up oven with 200C and grill chicken wings for 25 mins.
4. While the chicken wings cook, mixed all the sauce ingredient in 1 bowl and slather it on chicken wing.
5. Bring all chicken wings back to oven and grill for 5mins, turn the chicken wing and slather another layer of sauce, continue to grill for another 5 mins until they're nicely browned.

Yummo yogurt curry grilled chicken wings is ready to serve!♥♥
