肉碎豆腐 Minced pork tofu
豆腐是丰富蛋白质的来源,煮起来有浓浓的豆香,配搭其他食材就可以以做出美味又营养的一餐了。肉碎豆腐是很常出现在我家餐桌上的菜色之一,容易做又有营养,正符合我我的要求。
材料:
猪绞肉 50g
嫩豆腐 1块
蒜头 2瓣
油 少许
盐 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
糖 少许
蚝油 1大匙
玉蜀黍粉 1茶匙
水 半杯
做法:
猪绞肉混合盐、胡椒粉和糖备用。
蒜头切成蒜米,用少许油爆香。
加入猪绞肉翻炒,以蚝油调味。
玉蜀黍粉加半杯水,用以勾芡。
把炒过的猪肉碎铺在豆腐上就完成了!
小贴士:
我喜欢热腾腾的肉碎铺在冷冷的豆腐上那反差的口感,吃不惯的朋友可以先把豆腐蒸热,才把肉碎铺上。
