日本豆腐蒸肉末 Steamed japanese tofu with minced pork
日本豆腐一般的吃法都是先切片炸香,再和其他材料拌炒。我是懒人一个,太繁复的工序不适合我,所以今天用了蒸的方式来处理日本豆腐。日本豆腐上面放了肉末和枸杞,造型漂亮又好吃,聚餐的时候送上这道料理也是蛮体面的哦!
材料:
日本蛋豆腐 1条
猪肉碎 50g
枸杞 约10颗
酱油 1茶匙
腌料:
酱油 1茶匙
麻油 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
绍兴酒 1/2茶匙
薯粉 1茶匙
做法:
猪肉碎和所有腌料混合,腌制10分钟。
枸杞用水泡软备用。
取出日本豆腐,切成大约1cm的厚片,放在盘子上。
取一茶匙腌制好的肉碎,放在豆腐上,在上面加上一颗枸杞。
在豆腐的周围淋上一茶匙的酱油,以沸水蒸大约5分钟就可以了。
