甜入心扉的白果腐竹薏米糖水- Barley& Bak Goh Tong Shui with Beancurd Sheet
小时候最喜欢的甜品要数黑糯米糖水, 浓稠又有椰浆的香气, 霸气的很。现在长大了, 太甜太腻的都已经不再欣赏, 反而慢慢地爱上了温柔滋润的白果腐竹薏米糖水。说着说着是不是有点像爱情观呢? 年轻时喜欢轰烈澎湃的恋爱, 长大成熟了反而喜欢了细水长流的自在。我有没有想太多啊? 哈哈。。
材料: 生薏米2匙, 洋薏米2匙, 白果半碗, 腐竹皮2张, 冰糖适量。
做法:
1。烧一锅滚水倒入生薏米和洋薏米。
2。白果去壳和衣后加入1一起煮, 中小火煮个30分钟左右。
3。腐竹皮浸水泡软, 加入2里一起熬煮至腐竹皮濡烂, 需时约1个小时。
4。加入适量冰糖调味即可。
