五香肉卷 Deep Fried Spring Rolls with Pork& Five Spices
肉卷是我家逢年过节都会出现在桌上的菜肴,炸到颜色金黄的肉卷里头放了蔬菜,不管是配饭配面还是单一吃它也好都很棒,我妈有时还懒得切,直接把一大根肉卷放在碗里让我们去解决呢!
材料:猪肉碎250g, 马蹄(大概10-15颗),青葱1把,红萝卜1根,粟粉1大匙,五香粉2茶匙,腐竹皮1包,盐适量。
做法:
1。马蹄和萝卜去皮后切碎备用。
2。青葱切碎备用。
3。把1,2,猪肉碎,粟粉,五香粉和盐混合均匀。
4。腐竹皮切成小张的长方型,每张都用湿布擦一遍。
5。把3用4包好,放入热油中炸至金黄即可。
