南乳莲藕焖排骨和芋头焖排骨很相似,前者因为用了莲藕而多了一份清爽的感觉,而后者则是粉嫩的口感,各有捧场客。
其实我很喜欢这一类型的料理,只要在前一晚把肉腌制好,第二天下班回家直接把材料倒进锅里焖煮就行了。不说的话人家还以为我这么厉害,下班后还可以煮出一道道像样的菜肴呢!
材料:
排骨 2支
莲藕 2小节
黑酱油 1/2茶匙
油 少许
腌料:
南乳 1块(用汤匙捣烂)
豆瓣酱 1大匙
糖 1茶匙
蒜头 5瓣(切成蒜米)
做法:
1. 排骨洗净后切块,用腌料腌制至少2小时。
2. 莲藕去皮后切成片备用。
3. 烧热少许油,把腌制过的排骨放入锅中翻炒至半熟,放入莲藕片。
