闲来无事,我把上次做包的面粉拿出来,今天又来玩面粉啦!这次做的煎萝卜丝饼 吃不完的话还可以冷冻起来,想吃的时候煎一煎就是了,这是我周末早上不想出门吃早餐的救星哦!
材料:中筋面粉,热水,冷水,猪油/橄榄油,白萝卜100g, 盐 2 tbsp,蒜头碎(3-4瓣),虾米1 tbsp, 青葱碎2 tbsp, 麻油少许,猪肉碎250g。
调味料:酱油 2 tbsp, 胡椒粉少许,少许盐,糖 1 tsp。
做法:
1. 把面粉放在一个大碗内。
2. 往1内加入热水,用筷子搅拌至热水完全吸收。
3. 加入冷水和油,把面团揉至面团光亮不粘手为止,在面团上盖上保鲜纸,静置50分钟。

4. 白萝卜去皮,全部刨丝,加入盐搅拌均匀,静置40分钟。

5. 在等待面团和萝卜的时候,来准备内馅,热油锅爆香虾米。

6. 加入蒜头碎和猪肉碎,拌炒至香,加入全部的调味料后搅拌均匀后熄火摊凉。

7. 把白萝卜丝挤干水,加入6,青葱碎,麻油搅拌均匀。

8. 把面团分成18等份,一个个搓圆。

9. 用手掌把小面团压扁。

10. 用擀面棍把面皮的四周擀薄。

11. 用汤匙盛出内馅,把面皮边像包包子般折好。

12. 收口朝下,用手掌压扁饼后放入煎盘,加入饼一半高的水。

13. 开中火煎至水份收干,翻面再煎至两面金黄即可。
