蜜瓜西米露 Honey dew sago
相信很多爱下厨的朋友都会有这样的经验,就是往往为了销掉家里剩余的食材,而买了更多不一样的食材。今天我为了要把剩下的椰奶用完,所以决定买哈密瓜来做一道消暑的甜品 - 蜜瓜西米露。吃一口又香又浓的蜜瓜西米露,仿佛回到了当年求学的时候,大伙儿一边吃蜜瓜西米露、一边聊八卦,这可是以前我们放学后最爱的休闲活动啊~
材料:
西米 60g
椰奶 100ml
白糖 3大匙
蜜瓜 2大片
温水 1/2碗
做法:
把西米洗净,烧开一锅水,然后放入西米以大火煮。
等水沸后转小火慢慢煮成中间有小白点的时候熄火,盖上锅盖继续焖至白点消失。
让煮好的西米过筛,用冷水冲洗一下再放入碗中。
用温水把糖溶化,然后和椰奶、西米混合。
蜜瓜切成小块,放入做法4的西米露,然后冷藏再吃。
