韭菜猪肉水饺 (韩国水饺包法) Dumpling with Chives and Pork
水饺这样食品,阿七和KC都做过不少,我个人真的很爱一次性地包一堆,然后冰起来,想吃的时候拿几颗出来水煮或冰花煎,真的在肚子饿的时候救了我好多次。不想冷冻的水饺沾在一起的话只要在全部包好的水饺上撒一点面粉,放入袋子里,待1-2 个小时水饺皮有点硬的时候用手把它们掰开,再继续冷藏的时候就不会沾啦,非常简单。
韩国水饺的包法也不难,跟我们传统的元宝包法有点像,让我一步步做给你们看!
材料:韭菜1把,青葱2-3根,猪肉碎150g, 麻油少许,酱油少许,胡椒粉少许,粟粉少许,水饺皮1包,清水少许。
做法:
1。韭菜和青葱洗干净后切碎备用。
2。取一个大碗加入1,猪肉碎, 麻油, 酱油, 胡椒粉和粟粉, 顺时针搅拌至有黏性。
3。取一片水饺皮, 放上1勺2,用手指把四周沾上水, 跟着以下步骤包即可。(左至右)

准备时间少过20分钟的茶点-韩式虾仁韭菜煎饼 Pancake with chives and prawn
韭菜并不是人人喜欢的食材, 它独特的味道如果搭配不好的话, 常常会抢去别的材料的味道。昨天看了<三时三餐>里头的车胜元大叔做的韭菜煎饼, 让我想起好久没做的虾仁韭菜煎饼, 今天就来做做吧!!
材料: 韭菜1把, 虾仁7-8只(去壳和泥肠), 煎饼粉7匙, 盐少许, 蛋1个, 胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1。韭菜洗净, 切段备用。
2。接下来要做的事就是把全部材料倒入一个大碗里, 使劲拌。
3。热油锅, 用汤匙把扳好的粉浆盛好, 放入锅里煎至两面金黄即可。
Tips:
1.我喜欢薄点的煎饼, 在煎饼的时候会用锅铲挤压饼身, 喜欢厚点的朋友可以选择一次性的倒入全部粉浆来煎, 看个人喜好。
