最近天气热到我根本不想动,尽可能不碰油烟就不碰,这时候最方便的料理就是所谓的一锅熟,电锅的灯一熄灭,就有一锅有菜又有肉又有饱足感的营养炊饭,不流汗也完全不会牺牲了营养而内疚的料理,一个人吃饭的朋友也可以学着做一做哦。
材料:牛蒡半根,红萝卜半根,姜(约1拇指长),迷你杏鲍菇10-15根,薄切猪肉片5-10片,米1杯,蚝油1匙,麻油少许,味醂1匙,酱油2匙,胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1。把牛蒡,红萝卜和姜去皮后切细丝。

2。杏鲍菇洗干净后扒成丝。
3。把所有的调味料加入一个大碗里头搅拌均匀。
