梅子排骨 Steamed Pork Ribs with Plum
最近天气真的好热,到了用餐时间胃口都不太好,这个时候我通常都不会弄太油腻的食物,免得倒胃口,来点酸酸,开胃的食物是最棒的! 比如说这个梅子排骨。。。。
材料:水梅2颗,排骨约5-6块,豆瓣酱1大匙,辣豆瓣酱1茶匙,糖1茶匙,料酒1匙,酱油1匙,麻油少许,胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1。水梅用七清水洗一洗,挤出种子后搓成泥状备用。
2。把除了排骨的材料混合1,搅拌均匀。
3。倒入排骨把两面都裹上2,放入冰箱腌制1夜。
4。把蒸笼的水烧开,放上排骨蒸20分钟即可。
