番茄炖牛肉 Stewed Beef with Vegetables and Tomato Puree
家里的慢炖锅平时都用来煮汤,别的菜色几乎都没有试过用它来料理,刚从美国回来的我在那里吃了Crock Pot,也就是用慢炖锅煮肉的料理,觉得主意很不错所以就有了今天这个料理。
炖好的肉非常软烂,不喜欢配饭的话可以用叉子把肉撕开做成Pulled Beef 汉堡也很不错! 加上全程不需要油烟, 我爱! ♡
材料: 番茄2个,红萝卜1条,马铃薯1个,洋葱1个,牛肩排1块,番茄浓酱3大匙,盐适量,黑胡椒粉1匙,高汤500ml(没有就用清水代替)。
做法:
1。红萝卜,马铃薯和洋葱全部去皮后切小块备用。
2。番茄切小块后和1一起铺在慢炖锅里。
3。放上牛排,加入番茄浓酱,高汤,盐和黑胡椒调味。
4。用慢炖锅炖1个晚上即可。
