滑蛋丝瓜 Stir Fried Loffa Gourd with Egg
丝瓜一向都不是我喜欢的蔬菜类,试过一次煮了出来味道是苦的,过后就没有再尝试煮了。这次心血来潮,忽然想起妈妈以前爱煮的这道滑蛋丝瓜。 来缅怀下古早味。。
材料:丝瓜1条,蛋2颗,蒜头碎1匙,虾米半匙,清水半杯,蚝油适量。
做法:
1。丝瓜去皮后切片备用。
2。热锅炒香虾米和蒜头,加入1拌炒片刻。
3。注入清水熬煮至丝瓜片变软。
4。加入蚝油调味,把蛋敲开后拌均匀。
5。把蛋汁液以画圆的方式加入锅内,加热至蛋液稍微凝固后熄火即可。
