凉拌木耳 Cold Black Fugus Salad
木耳是我少数中最不爱吃的东西之一,不过我最近决定要征服它,把不喜欢的变得可以接受也是一种挑战啊!
材料:新鲜木耳1包(大概10朵),蒜头碎1大匙,青葱碎1大匙,红辣椒碎1匙,黑醋1大匙,酱油1大匙,糖1匙,麻油1匙。
做法:
1.黑木耳切成容易入口的大小,用热水煮大概5分子后捞起备用。
2。把剩下所有的材料(除了麻油)装在碗里混合均匀。
3。加入1一起搅拌。
4。热锅把麻油加热片刻后倒入3即可。
