正烦恼着块到来的农历新年要煮什么好菜给家人朋友吃的时候发现到了这个台式年菜! 看似简单不过好多材料要洗要切,还要用好几个锅子才可以完成。。所以它是年菜, 一年做一次的菜 :D
材料: 白鯧1只,蒜苔2根,红萝卜1小块,冬菇3-4朵,小葱2-3颗,高汤2杯,蚝油少许,米酒半杯,粟粉少许,米粉2人份,五花肉1小块,猪油2匙(不喜欢的话用普通食油代替)。
做法:
1。白鯧鱼清理干净后,两面均匀地抹上粟粉。
2。热油锅把1煎熟,捞起备用。

3。小葱去皮后切丝备用。
4。蒜苔斜切备用。
5。红萝卜去皮后切丝备用。

6。五花肉切小块备用。
7。冬菇用热水泡软后切丝备用。

8。热锅烧热猪油,加入3拌炒至焦糖化。

9。把7加入拌炒片刻。
10。加入6炒至猪肉表面变熟。

11。加入4和5拌炒至蒜苔变软。

12。加入米酒和高汤,盖上锅盖熬煮大概20分钟,把1回锅煮片刻。

13。等待汤熬煮的时候,烧开一锅水把米粉烫熟后捞起沥干。
14。把米粉放在深盘或碗里,浇上11即可。
