充满奶香的葡式蛋塔 Milky Portugese egg tart
冰箱里放了几张剩下的冷冻酥皮,一直都没机会用。这一天终于腾出一些时间,决定用酥皮来做我爱吃的葡式蛋塔。这食谱是参考之前蛋蛋做过的
简易版葡式蛋塔
,不过为了让蛋塔更富奶香,我把原本食谱里的白糖换了用炼奶取代,烤的时候真的是家里的每个角落都是蛋香和奶香啊!
材料(可做大约10个):
酥皮 4-5片
鸡蛋 1/2粒
蛋黄 1/2粒
鲜奶 20ml
鲜奶油 50ml
炼奶 2大匙
做法:
烤箱预热到200度。
把酥皮擀平,铺在塔模上压紧,用叉子在酥皮的底部刺上几个小孔。
把鸡蛋、蛋黄、鲜奶、鲜奶油和炼奶混合,用筛子把杂质隔开,然后把蛋液放入模子里至八分满。
把蛋塔放入预热好的烤箱烤25分钟至表面微焦即可。
食谱的份量可以做成大约10个蛋塔,而我只做了6个,剩下的蛋液直接做成烤鸡蛋布丁,也很好吃!
