上网搜索关于橄榄菜的食谱,十之八九都离不开四季豆,惹味的橄榄菜和爽脆的四季豆一起炒,的确是会加分不少。今天我们就来一个简单的橄榄菜肉碎炒四季豆吧!
材料:
四季豆 1把(约30条)
猪肉碎 1小碗
橄榄菜 1大匙
蒜头 2瓣(切成蒜米)
蚝油 1大匙
油 少许
腌料:
酱油 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
麻油 1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 猪肉碎和腌料拌匀,腌制半小时。
2. 四季豆洗净之后,去头尾,然后切成大约一寸的长度。
3. 烧热少许油,放入蒜米爆香。
4. 放入肉碎翻炒,期间要用锅铲把肉碎弄散。
5. 在肉碎8分熟的时候,放入橄榄菜一起翻炒。
6. 放入四季豆一起拌炒,倒入小半碗的水,盖上锅盖把四季豆焖熟,待水份差不多收干的时候打开锅盖,翻炒片刻让水份完全收干即可。
小贴士:
橄榄菜带有油份,所以一开始下的油不需要太多,足够爆香蒜米就好了。
