之前家里用剩了半罐的甜玉米,刚好某人在下午时分一直念念有词说午餐没吃饱,作为一个持家有道的贤妻,我当然是立刻打开电脑上网看看到底用剩的罐头玉米可以变出什么法宝。
不到五分钟,就让我找到了甜玉米布丁的食谱,制作方法简单到要掩着嘴偷笑,只需5-10分钟的时间准备,就可以做出一份能登上大堂之雅的下午茶点心了。就算没有甜玉米,也可以用一样的方法来做一个原味的甜布丁,某人还一边吃一边大赞说怎么可以在这么短的时间就可以变出这么好吃的甜点啊~
材料(2人份):
罐头甜玉米 80ml
鲜奶 60ml
鸡蛋 1颗
细砂糖 2茶匙
牛油 1茶匙(室温中溶化)
面粉 1大匙
发粉 1/5茶匙
香草精 2滴
盐 少许
做法:
1. 烤箱预热到170度。
2. 用2大匙鲜奶混合面粉搅拌成糊,再和其他材料材料一起搅拌均匀。
3. 把面糊倒进烤杯里,放入预热好的烤箱中烤一小时或至表面呈金黄色。
