高丽菜肉卷 Cabbage wrap with pork
说道用蔬菜包着肉类的吃法,大家都会联想到韩式烧烤。蔬菜可以中和肉类的油腻感,所以我也尝试了类似的手法。刚好家里买了一大颗高丽菜,刚好就可以用来做成肉卷,高丽菜代有天然的甜味,和猪肉碎一起吃可以增加甜度哦!
材料:
高丽菜叶 8片
猪肉碎 160g
红萝卜 1/2条(剩下的半条我作点缀用)
盐 1/2茶匙
酱油 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
糖 少许
做法:
红萝卜洗净去皮,刨成丝备用。
猪肉碎和盐、酱油、胡椒粉、糖和红萝卜丝混合备用。
煮沸一锅水,放入高丽菜叶把菜叶煮软后取出沥干。
取一大匙混合了调味料的猪肉碎,用高丽菜叶包起来,封口向下放在盘子上。
让高丽菜肉卷在沸水中蒸15分钟就可以了。
多余的红萝卜丝可以作伴碟点缀用。
