酸甜排骨 Sweet & sour pork rib
发现酸甜口味的排骨做法在这个部落格出现的频率还蛮高的,糖醋排骨啦、咕噜肉啦、浙江排骨啦~ 全都是酸酸甜甜的。今天我就堂堂正正来个酸甜排骨,开胃又下饭!
材料:
排骨 2支(约700g)
青椒 1个
红萝卜 1条
油 少许
腌料:
酱油 3茶匙
盐 1 1/2茶匙
蒜头 5瓣(切成蒜米)
姜片 5-6片
酱料:
白醋 30ml
糖 40g
番茄酱 4茶匙
水 5-6大匙
做法:
排骨切段洗净,用腌料腌制1小时。
红萝卜切片,青椒切块后用沸水灼2分钟后捞起。
烧热少许油,放入排骨把两面煎成金黄色后取出。
放入所有酱料的材料,煮至酱汁开始变浓稠。
放入排骨、红萝卜和青椒一起翻炒至均匀即可。
红红绿绿的好看又好吃,大家不妨试试看哦!
