简易杏仁酥派 Honey Almond Puff
农历新年过了大半,大家的年饼是不是吃到七七八八了?如果你们也和我一样,年饼吃到快见底,可是又临时有客人来访那怎么办?这时候拿出来的压箱宝就是---冷冻酥皮!这号称手残也能做好的简易杏仁酥派,保证端出来时香气足,金黄酥脆,以为你不会烘焙的朋友一定掉眼镜呐!(掩住嘴笑~~)
材料:冷冻酥皮1盒(可以做约26根),杏仁片4大匙,黄糖2大匙,蜜糖适量,蛋1颗。
做法:
1。冷冻酥皮切成3等份,分别放置在烘焙纸上。
2。蛋敲开混合好备用。
3。往酥皮表面抹上一层蛋液,撒上黄糖,排放好杏仁片。
4。把3送入预热好180C的烤箱里头烤10分钟。
5。取出4,往酥皮挤上适量的蜜糖。
6。把5再放入烤箱里用180C烤10分钟即可。
Tips:
1。冷冻酥皮在烤前不用解冻,不过切的时候要快和准,不然很容易裂开。
2。步骤5的时候把烤盘前后转放才进行6。
