吊片蒸猪肉 Pork steamed with dried squid
吊片是一种很神奇的食材,只需要在煮菜的时候加上一点点,就可以让整个菜色加分不少。吊片蒸猪肉对大家来说应该都不陌生,小时候餐桌上只要有这道菜,我们一定都多吃一点饭,除了把猪肉扫得干干净净之外,就连蒸猪肉留下的肉汁也用来拌饭吃光光呢!
材料:
猪里脊肉(梅肉) 400g
吊片 1只(手掌般大小)
腌料:
蚝油 1大匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
酱油 1大匙
料酒 1大匙
薯粉 1茶匙
做法:
里脊肉切片用腌料腌制至少1小时。
吊片洗净后用清水浸泡大约1小时至吊片变软,然后把软骨取出再切成条状。
把肉片平铺在碟子里,上面铺上吊片,然后用大火蒸大约20分钟即可。
