新年吃什么之烤箱版花雕蒸虾 Steamed prawns with chinese wine (Oven version)
虾是年菜中不可或缺的食材之一,寓意新的一年可以“嘻嘻哈哈”,开开心心。在准备年菜的当儿,厨房里一般上都是像打仗一样忙得团团转的。这时候如果不想混在里面弄得蓬头垢面的话,大可以运用家里的烤箱,优雅地弄一道烤箱版的花雕蒸虾。这道菜不但步骤简单,而且上桌还一点都不失礼呢!
材料:
中型虾子 6-8只
枸杞 2茶匙
花雕酒 4茶匙
盐 2/3茶匙
做法:
1. 烤箱预热到180度。
2. 虾子洗净,剪掉虾脚,去掉虾肠泥。
3. 枸杞用清水泡大约10分钟,然后把水倒掉。
4. 在小碗中把枸杞、盐和花雕酒加两匙水混合。
5. 把虾子放在锡纸上,倒入做法 3 的调味料,然后小心包好。
6. 放入预热好的烤箱中烤10分钟就可以了。
