偶尔在超市逛的时候看到了新鲜的北海道秋刀鱼,就想到了买回来弄个我和老吴都爱吃的盐烤秋刀鱼。你们千万别以为我是什么富婆,有本事买贵到掉牙齿的北海道空运鲜鱼来吃,这两条鱼的价格只是RM14.9, 就跟一块三文鱼片差不多一样价钱,比普通的一条鱼贵少少,不过两个人吃,一人一鱼只不过要价 ~RM7.5, ok啦。。还不到吃不起的地步,想像下到外头的日式餐厅卖一份鱼少说也要RM15以上,我觉得值得啦!而且还很新鲜呢!!
材料:秋刀鱼2条,盐巴适量(我用了1匙),胡椒粉少许,青柠2颗,油1匙。
做法:
1。把秋刀鱼剖开,清理掉内脏,在鱼两面身上每隔2CM 划1刀,记住别切断。
2。用厨房用纸把鱼伸上多余的水份吸走。
3。抓一把盐巴均匀地抹在鱼的两面和鱼肚,撒点胡椒粉在鱼肚,抹均匀去腥。
4。把烤盘用锡箔纸铺好,倒入油,用刷子均匀地刷开,让锡箔纸的每个地方都沾上油份。
5。把鱼放在4上,送入200C 的烤箱里头烤15分钟,取出翻面后再继续烤个10分钟, 把鱼放在盘子里挤上青柠汁即可。
我这次的防沾做得不够好,烤好的鱼有些破皮了影响美观,需要再进步哦!可是味道是不输给外头餐厅卖的哦!呵呵!

may i know where u buy?
