香蕉花生酱霜冻优格 Banana peanut butter frozen yogurt

近几年吹起一阵霜冻优格 frozen yogurt 风,专卖店到处可见。现在的人较以前注重健康,所以不难理解这个以健康的优格作为主要材料的 frozen yogurt 会得到大家的青睐。阿七最近迷上带微咸口味的冰品,salted caramel 和今天要介绍的 banana peanut butter 都是我的最爱。说起来要自制霜冻优格一点都不难,材料都可以在一般的超市找得到,而且步骤简单。爱吃冰品又怕胖的美眉不妨自己在家做,一旦掌握了窍门,还可以发挥创意加入其他食材做成自己爱吃的口味哦!




香蕉花生酱霜冻优格

材料:
熟透的香蕉(中型)  6根
原味优格 (NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt)  440g
低脂牛奶 (NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk)  100g
幼滑花生酱  140g
黄糖  60g
香草精  1 1/2茶匙
核桃  40g

做法:
  1. 香蕉切成小段,和优格、牛奶、花生酱、黄糖、香草精一起打成细滑的液体状。
  2. 把液体倒入容器,放入冰格冷冻1.5小时。
  3. 核桃切碎,和半凝固的优格搅拌均匀后放回冰格冷冻至少5小时即可享用。

Ingredients:
Ripe banana (medium size)  6
NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt  440g
NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk  100g
Creamy peanut butter  140g
Brown sugar 60g
Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp
Walnut  40g

Method:
  1. Cut bananas into small pieces, blend together with yogurt, milk, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla essence to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and store in freezer for 1.5 hours.
  3. Chop the walnuts and stir together with the half-frozen yogurt.
  4. Keep in freezer for at least 5 hours before serve.
