香蕉花生酱霜冻优格

熟透的香蕉(中型) 6根
原味优格 (NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt) 440g
低脂牛奶 (NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk) 100g
幼滑花生酱 140g
黄糖 60g
香草精 1 1/2茶匙
核桃 40g
做法:
- 香蕉切成小段,和优格、牛奶、花生酱、黄糖、香草精一起打成细滑的液体状。
- 把液体倒入容器,放入冰格冷冻1.5小时。
- 核桃切碎,和半凝固的优格搅拌均匀后放回冰格冷冻至少5小时即可享用。

Ripe banana (medium size) 6
NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt 440g
NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk 100g
Creamy peanut butter 140g
Brown sugar 60g
Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp
Walnut 40g
Method:
- Cut bananas into small pieces, blend together with yogurt, milk, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla essence to form a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a container and store in freezer for 1.5 hours.
- Chop the walnuts and stir together with the half-frozen yogurt.
- Keep in freezer for at least 5 hours before serve.
