苹果洋葱猪扒 Apple onion pork chop
阿七很久没上食谱了,因为一向只爱煮懒人菜的我最近没什么灵感,我的看家本领全都已经放上来了。这一天打开冰箱看见放了很久的苹果,才想起其实可以用它来入菜,做一客苹果洋葱猪扒。虽然工序不算简单,但是有吸饱啤酒味的苹果片,让整道菜加分不少。如果你也有吃剩的苹果,或喝剩的啤酒,也可以来试做这道菜哦!
材料:
猪扒 8片
苹果 2颗
洋葱 2粒
啤酒 300ml
油 少许
牛油 1茶匙
腌料:
盐 1 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
LP酱 1茶匙
做法:
猪扒洗净以腌料腌制过夜。
苹果去籽切片备用,洋葱切半再切成洋葱丝备用。
烧热少许油,放入猪扒煎至两面金黄后取出沥干油备用。
把牛油放入锅子中烧热,放入洋葱丝翻炒至变软及开始变透明。
加入苹果片翻炒一下,然后倒入啤酒,再把煎过的猪扒放入拌炒。
等酱汁稍微收干后即可以熄火。
小贴士:
切好的苹果片可以泡在盐水里面以防止氧化变黑。
