平时用来配粥的腐乳软软烂烂,味道虽然不错不过只是吃它我从来都不太喜欢,不过把它拿来入菜或调配酱汁和腌料就完全不同了。
腐乳这个东西很神奇,不管你搭配什么样的蔬菜,味道都非常地和。常看到和腐乳在一起的菜就是油麦,可是今天要做的用的是高丽菜,清甜的高丽菜在煮软后加入可以把腐乳汤汁吸满满的粉丝,非常好吃,做起来也简单,绝对是容易又好吃的蔬菜料理选择!
材料:高丽菜1颗,白腐乳2块,粉丝1把,蒜头碎2匙,酱油适量, 清水1杯。
做法:
1。高丽菜洗净,撕小块备用。
2。热油锅爆香蒜头碎,加入清水和白腐乳煮滚,白腐乳用锅铲挤压至完全融化。
3。加入1拌炒,让高丽菜煮至软化。
4。加入酱油调味,最后加入粉丝煮至软即可。
Tips: 腐乳本身已经带咸了,所以用酱油调味时要注意份量,别弄得太咸了。
