韩式的家常饭桌上常看到的韩式饭卷外形其实和寿司很像,可是其实它们两还是有很大分别的,韩式饭卷用的饭不是醋饭,包法是和寿司的一样,不过通常包好后会在外层搽一层的麻油,再撒上烤过的芝麻,虽然吃的时候没有日式寿司般微酸开胃,不过也别有一番风味的说。
韩式饭卷也很适合拿来当便当菜或野餐的饭盒,切好了一口的大小,可是会一个接一个吃到停不了哦。
材料:韩国紫菜4张,米饭4碗(饭碗),腌萝卜1根,红萝卜1根,蛋2颗,罐头盐水鲔鱼1个,黄瓜2条,盐少许,胡椒少许,麻油少许,芝麻少许。
做法:
1。腌萝卜和黄瓜切细条备用。
2。红萝卜去皮,用刮板刮成薄片再切成细丝备用。
3。蛋敲开拌匀后煎成蛋皮,稍微摊凉后切丝备用。
4。把罐头鲔鱼的盐水隔开,用盐和胡椒调味后备用。
5。取一个平时用来做寿司的竹帘平铺在桌上,先铺张紫菜。
6。把米饭均匀地铺在紫菜上,放上1,2,3和4,用竹帘把饭卷卷紧。
7。在饭卷面上抹一层麻油,撒上芝麻,摊凉后切成一块块,一口大小的份量即可。
Tips:
1。觉得刚煮好,稍微摊凉不过还热和还有黏性的米饭最好包。
2。腌萝卜就是那一包浸在黄色液体的萝卜条,通常可以在贩卖日式食材的地方可以找到。
