南瓜这样食材很讨喜,颜色漂亮,味道带微微地甜,不会像番薯重甜重味道般抢戏,不过却也比平淡的马铃薯有个性。除了漂亮,南瓜的营养成份也是很高的,有丰富的维他命A 和胡萝卜素,拿来做菜做甜点都好用,连种子都可以食用呢!你家有没有不爱吃南瓜的小孩?有的话不妨试看以下的食谱,把南瓜蓉混合了肉碎然后煎香,可以让不喜欢南瓜的人都会不知不觉吃上好多!!
材料:猪肉碎1盒(200g), 南瓜蓉3大匙,洋葱碎(半颗的份量),酱油适量,清水少许,清酒少许,糖少许,面粉少许。
腌肉材料:粟粉1匙,酱油1匙,清酒半匙,胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1。把猪肉碎, 南瓜蓉, 洋葱碎和腌肉材料一起混合均匀。
2。让1静置15分钟。
3。把2 分成4-5等份,搓圆后稍微压平和拍上面粉。
4。热油锅把3不重叠加入煎至两面变熟加定性。
5。加入酱油,水,清酒和糖煮至酱汁收干即可。
