葱香豆腐炒肉片 Stir fried beancurd and pork with spring onion
那天突然想起很久没煮豆腐了,就买了一片炸豆腐来炒肉片。这种容易做又有营养的料理,有肉有菜有豆腐,是绝对非常适合我这种懒人煮妇的。正当我煮完在沾沾自喜的时候,某人走过来看了看,才缓缓说出他不爱吃白豆腐。。。所以这一晚,我一个人吃完了一整块豆腐,蛋白质要爆表了啦!
材料:
炸豆腐 1块
猪里脊肉 1小块(约200g)
青葱 1把
蒜头 2瓣(切成蒜米)
油 少许
蚝油 1大匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
腌料:
盐 1/2茶匙
薯粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 炸豆腐和猪肉洗净后切片,猪肉用腌料腌制半小时备用。
2. 青葱切段,把青葱和葱白的部份分开。
3. 烧热少许油,把蒜米和葱白爆香。
4. 放入猪肉片翻炒至八成熟,然后倒入半小碗的水。
5. 放入切片的炸豆腐拌炒,以蚝油和胡椒粉调味。
6. 待水份差不多收干的时候,放入青葱段翻炒片刻即可上桌。
