香煎马铃薯丝 Pan fried shredded potato
这一天阿七又为家里的马铃薯控做了这道香煎马铃薯丝,除了刨丝需要一点时间之外,其余的功夫都只不过是一瞬间的事情,真的是简单又好吃啊~ 看来我快可以出一本题为《马铃薯的100种煮法》了,哈哈哈!
材料:
中型马铃薯 2个
鸡蛋 1粒
青葱 2棵
玉蜀黍粉 2大匙
盐 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
五香粉 1/2茶匙
油 少许
做法:
马铃薯去皮刨丝,青葱切碎备用。
在碗中打入鸡蛋,加上玉蜀黍粉、青葱碎、盐、胡椒粉和五香粉搅和成糊状。
在平底锅把油烧热,马铃薯丝和面糊混合后,舀一大匙放入锅中,稍微弄平,以小火煎至两面金黄即可。
小贴士:
马铃薯刨丝后接触到空气很容易会氧化而变黑,可以在马铃薯丝里面加少许盐拌匀,以防止氧化。
