马铃薯焖排骨 Pork rib braised with potato
马铃薯炒鸡或俗称薯仔鸡我们吃得多,今天来个马铃薯焖排骨怎么样?马年即将来临,多吃“马“铃薯算不算是应景?哈哈!
材料:
排骨 2支
马铃薯(中型) 2粒
蒜头 5瓣
青葱 3棵(只取下面白色部份)
姜 6-7片
八角 2颗
花椒 1/2茶匙
冰糖 1颗(一节拇指大小)
酱油 1大匙
油 少许
腌料:
酱油 2茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
做法:
排骨以腌料腌制过夜。
用少许油热锅,放入切段的排骨翻炒至八分熟,取出备用。
蒜头切成蒜米,和青葱段、姜片、八角、花椒和冰糖用少许油爆香之冰糖完全融化。
放入炒过的排骨和切块的马铃薯,加上酱油和1碗半的水焖至马铃薯变软及酱汁收干即可。
