姜葱猪肉 Stir fried pork with ginger and spring onion

姜葱猪肉这道料理应该都曾经出现在每一个人家里的餐桌上,而我第一道学会煮的小菜正是这一个又够味又下饭的姜葱猪肉。这料理用料简单又省时,绝对是我忙碌的时候又得准备晚餐的第一选择。


材料:
猪里脊肉(梅肉)  400g
姜片  15-20片
青葱  3棵
蚝油  1大匙
油  少许

腌料:
蚝油  1大匙
胡椒粉  1/2茶匙

做法:
  1. 里脊肉切片用腌料腌制至少1小时。
  2. 青葱切段,青色部分留用,白色部分和姜片用少许油爆香。
  3. 放入腌制过的里脊肉,加入蚝油调味,然后翻炒至肉熟透即可上桌。

里脊肉是猪肉里面最嫩的部分,是脊骨下面与大排骨相连的瘦肉,切片或切丝炒口感极好。在菜市场向肉贩说要梅肉,或到超市找 pork loin 就行了。


Ingredients:
Pork loin  400g
Ginger slice  15-20 slices
Spring onion  3 small bunches
Oyster sauce  1tbsp

Oil  A bit

Marinate Ingredients:
Oyster sauce  1tbsp
Pepper  1/2tsp

Method:
  1. Cut pork loin into slices, marinate with oyster sauce and pepper for at least 1hr.
  2. Cut spring onion into 2 inches long, stir fry the white color part together with ginger slices using a little bit of oil.
  3. Put in well-marinated pork slices, add oyster sauce for flavoring, stir fry until pork slices are fully cooked.
