自制甜酱 DIY sweet sauce
那一天做了芋头糕之后,发现忘了买甜酱。少了甜酱,芋头糕就会失色很多,在吃点心,芋头糕或糯米饭的时候,沾一点点甜酱,会提味不少。我赶紧上网查询了一下,这下可好了,原来甜酱也可以自制的呢!而且刚好所需的材料我都有,制作程序也不复杂,就乘着蒸芋头糕的当儿来做个甜酱吧!
材料:
豆瓣酱(碎的) 1大匙
白糖 2大匙
水 150ml
面粉 1大匙
酱油 1/2大匙
黑酱油 1/2大匙
做法:
把豆瓣酱,糖和水混合,以小火搅拌至煮沸。
面粉以4大匙水混合,倒入做法1,搅拌至液体开始变得浓稠。
加入酱油和黑酱油,搅拌至自己喜欢的浓度后熄火。
自制的甜酱虽然和外面卖的没有十分相像,主要是因为里头还看得见豆瓣的小颗粒,如果能把豆瓣的颗粒隔掉,效果会更好。味道方面有八成相似,而且甜度可以随自己的喜好调整,还挺方便的。
